 | Please note this agreement: By agreeing to accept billings by email, the undersigned agrees that, effective on Thursday 24th of July 2008, all future billings for electricity, cable tv, internet access, and any other services or property purchased by the undersigned from the Glasgow Electric Plant Board (GEPB) shall be delivered by email to the email address identified below. The undersigned acknowledges that no further billings for sums due GEPB shall be made by mail, after the Effective Date, until this authorization is terminated by a writing delivered to GEPB. Further, after the Effective Date, all late bill notices, cut off notices, or any other alerts or communications from GEPB to the undersigned will be delivered by email, to the address below. The undersigned agrees that his/her/its obligation to pay all such sums for services or other sales, in accord with GEPB Rules and Regulations (copy available at http://www.glasgow-ky.com/epb/Electric.htm#Rules and Regs) shall be unaffected by the failure of the undersigned to receive the email billing, or the failure of the undersigned to access his/her/its email.
Want to pay your bill by credit card or debit card? You can now pay your bill with Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express online! There is a catch, though. You must sign up for the EPB's e-billing. This new program does not mean automatic bank draft (that was the only option when the program first started). e-billing only means that you get your bill by email instead of through the regular mail. When you get your monthly e-bill, there will be a link to pay by credit or debit card. Simply follow that link and make your payment (the entire transaction is encrypted for security). This option is available only through e-billing and is not available after the "last day for payment." You may also use your credit or debit card to make your payment weekdays during regular office hours (8:00am-4:30pm). Simply call us at 651-8341, then enter "2" for the Customer Service Dept. We'll need a little information from you. Call us if you have any questions. |
